Professor Camacho-Leon’s research and teaching interests focus on the modeling, fabrication and characterization of Multiphysic Microsystems (MEMS, MOEMS, BioMEMS & Lab-on-a-Chip) with an emphasis on:

  • Micromachined sensor and actuator networks

  • Integrated optoelectrofluidic devices for chemical and biological applications
